Cancellation Policy
ALL appointments require a $15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit !
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
* Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service.
* The cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
* No-shows may be subject to additional booking restrictions at the stylist’s discretion.
